About Krista Karpan

From a Loft With No Funding to an Award-Winning Agency.

The left brain of a left-brain, right-brain partnership.

Krista has a background in marketing and sales and more than ten years of agency and industry experience. She found her focus in e-commerce, especially Meta ads. She likes building customer journeys and following the trends that drive growth.

She and Nicolette McIntyre have been friends since high school. Together they started Milked Media in 2017 with no funding. Nicolette leads creative, and Krista owns budgets, attribution and profitability. Away from the dashboards, she's out in nature, travelling, or with her son Arlo.
